School Topic:Intelligence and why it's Important

Well intelligence is defined as capacity for learning, reason, understanding, etc. So this is important because it is part of what makes us human, the other part being emotion (although other animals show emotion they are not as prominent as in humans). Although one could argue that humans have not done a lot of good to this world, like hurting the environment. And hurting the environment is caused by human "innovation". And that is caused by intelligence. So perhaps the world should be without humans? I think at first it could help a lot, but apes would probably evolve and become human like and the process would begin again. So probably just best if we can use our intelligence to preserve life. Yes, I know i'm a tree hugger

Lazy Sunday

Woke up at noon today, not that impressive on its own. But I did go to bed at ten, so I have a new record of 14 hours asleep. I think that having two away meets this week helped with that.

Today, (Sunday) has been very lazy. I have done nothing productive aside from writing this blog, watching about 4 NCIS episodes and making a tree fort in minecraft.

Also i have a indoor soccer game at 5:30. I haven't made it to the last two games. So I have to make it to this one. Anyway i'm going to go and play some minecraft.

Black Ops

I couldn't think of anything to write about, so I turned to something I always have an opinion on, video games. It seems that after the initial release of black ops every one has gotten sick of it. I can't blame them either so have I. I can't really tell why, I go positive almost every game, but i just seem to get bored of it, maybe i'm growing out of video games, hope not.

In other news i won my first race in swimming since i can remember, this is because i'm one of the oldest people on the team and i'm in tenth grade, and I swim varsity. Which means I swim against seniors. But yesterday I went to an invitational witch means there are a lot of teams. So they judge you be your best time, not by went your coach puts you in. Which means I got to swim against people at my own skill level, although i was seated to win the race it was only by six one hundreds of a second. Also I cut seven seconds of the event and im now one second away from sections.

School Topic: Work Ethic

Not sure what to say about this, do I have good work ethics? Do other people have good work ethics? Should people have good work ethics? Is the holocaust a conspiracy? It would be nice to have a little direction with these topics, or maybe even something that many people disagree about like abortion, religion, or gay marriage. I think it would be interesting to hear other peoples opinions on that.

Anyway, on to the topic, work ethic. I've always had a mediocre work ethic (finishing this blog about an hour before it's due) although i'd like to think it has come a lot farther recently. Well thats about all I've got so i'm going to attempt to tie this topic in with some stupid thing that a conservative did. Sarah Palin has a bad work ethic, she quit her job as Governor. She's a bad mama grizzly.
